At Royal Mirage safety and wellbeing of our guests has always been our top priority! In the light of the most recent events, we have enhanced our health safety protocols and procedures to protect our guests.
Below is the summary of all the measures we use to give you peace of mind when visiting us. Also, please watch this fun video we filmed to showcase some of those.

1. You are THE ONLY guest in the spa during your visit
2. Only one staff member per guest if required. BONUS: many services we offer do not require presence of staff member, you will be just by yourself
3. Spa facilities and all surfaces are sterilized, disinfected, sanitized and cleaned with HOSPITAL GRADE solutions - highest level disinfectants that are virucidal, tuberculocidal, bactericidal, sporadical, fungicidal and pseudomonocidal - before and after every guest and throughout the day (and yes, we have always been doing this)
4. Sanitation station upon entrance offering guests hand sanitizers, shoe covers and face masks
5. Disinfectant-wet door handles and shoe pad upon entrance
6. Hand sanitizers in every bathroom and treatment room
7. Each staff member is wearing mask and gloves, following all necessary health safety protocols. Wellbeing of staff members is monitored on a daily basis
8. Proper ventilation of spa facilities
9. Contactless payment methods
10. If you would like to come with a friend or a family member, we limit the number of guests to 3. Please note that even if you come as a group, each guest will be in a separate room during the treatments
11. Parties and events continue being temporary suspended until further notice
